I need to decide where to locate baitwell in my center console. The two big factors are space and ride quality. I've got room next to the motor well on either side of the boat, which is going to ride the smoothest, and also has enough space. My concern is that I will be adding about 225 pounds to the stern. This in addition to a 315 pound V4. The only other place with room is just behind the bow locker on the deck. The 20 gallon fuel is under the console, with the battery forward of the tank. Right now the trim is perfect. I do have T&T on the motor.

Eric, I'm dealing with the same dilema. The best location is in front of the console but I didn't want to give up the cooler seat. I put my 20 gallon live well behind the RPS on top of dri-deck mats. I did not notice any performance difference with the well located here. Don |
