I have been fixing up a 15 for some time. Its been in my garage for about 2 years now. While installing a new console, when I drilled into the floor of the boat, I notice that the plywood is damp. I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to install a watertight inspection port in the floor somewhere, to allow air into the hull cavity for drying purposes. Also, does anybody know if it is actually all solid foam under the deck, or is there some airspace.
