This may have been mentioned here before, but it appears that the red/green lense for the "old style" bow light is no longer available. The local dealer ordered two for me and they were both wrong.

The green side of my lense had been faded by age and sunlight so that it only emitted "white light." After looking at other Perko lenses that were similar but would not fit I decided not to try to modify one. What I did was use a "permanent" Magic Marker(green) and carefully coated the formerly green area of the lense inside and out. Presto! I now have a fully functional bow light. I don't know how long the coating will last, but at 79 cents each I think a couple of the markers will last much longer than I will.

you can allso make them. get one red & one green, cut them in 1/2 glue back together. I have done this. cost is about 6-8 bucks for the lense. I took them to a plastic shop and they cut it and glued it together. note; you can only make one lense , out of the two lenses. looks like a new one ...
