After searching the past threads (wish the Freeware version of UBB had the search function!), I have a few questions:

For a catalyzed Polyurethane paint, can I use an HVLP gun? I have a conventional gun, but I have sworn to get rid of it.

Is it safe to assume that I will need around 3 sprayable quarts for the hull and 2 for the inside?

I haven't seen too much discussion of primers to underlay PU paint. Any tips?

If I were to pay someone to do it, what would it cost?

Thanks,

Jim

Cost is about 120 to spray not counting the
paint and prep. Recommend algrip paint for hull.
