Other than a pressure washer, how can I get silicone caulk off of my gelcoat without damaging it. Any great ideas? Thanks, Shay

Boat Life makes a product called Release. I have used it and it works very well. |

the best product I have found is by 3M, general adheasive remover(?) I used a little of that and a worn out dish scrub pad, worked great in allmost all apps.If you get some real nasty crap you can use a very fine wire brush (toothbrush size) to get the tuff stuff---be carefull not to go too hard with one of those. It will leave a gray smudge that you can clean up right away with some soapy combo.I would only use this on your deck area not on your hull. good luck |

Much thanks for the replies. I will try the 3M product and see what happens. |
