I've heard that someone makes stowage bags that hang beneath the seats on a 13ft whaler. Anyone hear of these before? I can't seem to find reference to them anywhere.

No, but if you're willing to improvise on the hooks, you can use one of those elastic cargo nets that go over the seat on motorcycles....

I saw a 13' that had a drawer under the front thwart seat right in front of the console.

chrisc,..a possibility to look at would be what i'd term the high roller ,gear freak canoe and maybe whitewater rafting equipment catalogs. they have a lot of things that could would work as underseat storage.good luck..lm

Yes, I am also the owner of a 67 whaler 13 footer. Storage seems to be a problem...not much room in the front area under the seat. was looking at one of those Rubbermaid lockable containers...they make so many varieties..one should be found easily that fits under the seats...but would be interested if anyone else has a better idea or is currently using something that "is" a better idea...
