I recently purchased a 86 18ft outrage ,and need to change the fuel filter. The outrage has a yamaha 150.

Don't know much about Yamaha's but you should be able to trace the fuel line and find it. Motors I've had in the past either just had a screen in the diaphram pump or had a clear inline filter in the line on the side of the motor.

If it has an oil/water seperator it will look something like an oil filter and be mounted on the transom (probably).

If you can't find it - order a repair manual for your motor.... You'll need it eventually anyway.
