I have repaired some chips in the gel coat of my 13 sport with west system epoxy. Some of the first layers of glass are exposed. Is there any canned spray paint I can use as a temp. fix instead of going through the gel coat routine? Thanks in advance. Jay

Interthane plus, a two part linear poly is the best paint period although color selection is minimal. |

Jay: Before priming, make sure that you either scrub off or sand off and wash the blush from the cured West Epoxy. This will enable the paint to adhere properly. |

Thanks Guys for your input. I sanded the epoxy with 240, primmed with enamel, wet sanded starting with 800 to 1500, used automotive enamel from a spray can and it turned out much better than expected. Regards Jay |
