whalertim	posted 07-31-2001 09:44 PM ET (US)         I found a very close match for the gelcoat color for my Montauk. I used the gelcoat for Carolina Skiff. The New Carolina Skiff's color is very close to BW tan. I repaired the Keel on my Montauk this week and was really surprised to find that their color matched. Just a thought! Tim NC

However; it was so close that I can't tell the difference. My Montauk is a '79 and faded somewhat. It was as clost as anything I have seen. whalertim NC
