I have a '86 15' Super Sport. I love the hull and plan to repower later this year with a Honda 50. My problem is that I no longer have the time or the inclination to refinish the wood ... again. I am looking for a source of fibreglass replacement parts. I would prefer to maintain the starboard side console configuration rather than a center console (no tunnel for the controls) but am open to suggestions. Something similar to the1987-90 Whaler Super Sport Limited 15 would be ideal. Thanks for your help.

Have sen the wood redone in starboard. Not cheap but looks great. You must reinforce seats or they will warp. Do Not scrap the old wood. Need it for templates and next owner will probably want it(I wood:)

Thanks Bigshot. At this point I am balancing Starboard vs. refinishing vs. trying to find and fit another manufacturer's consoles such as the Carolina Skiff. If anybody has any further suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks again

If $$ is not the issue. Look into having it refinished. Mohagany is great stuff and unless it is broken, still good. Had my front hatch stripped and base layer of varnish done for $25.
