There appears to be a soft area in the rear deck area of my 13. The soft area seems to be centered around an old screw hole. When I press on the soft spot, liquid comes out of the screw hole. Could this be a sign of delamination and a serious problem with water in the hull? When this occurrs, does the foam seperate from the glass or is it between the gel coat and fiberglass? Is there any way to buy the foam used on whalers and put it back in the hull?
