Hello, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at the forum for their help over the past few weeks. Today was the first time I was able to take my boat out since beginning to fix it up. The new bottom paint and rub rails seem to be working well. After wrestleing with the reciever track on the rub rails for a few hours. I used a coping saw to cut the track in half and sanded the edges with 600 grit sand paper. The seem is centerd on the bow and looks like it is meant to be there, to me at least. This made the rub rail install a one person job and 100 times easier. Unfortunately, the center console will have to wait for next summer (budget ran out). This should make a good winter project. A little more gel coat work and some new whaler decals are next. Thanks!! Sinclair7
