I believe that I have a faulty check valve on my built-in fuel tank. How much time should I allow for this change out? I have a RPS for a helm seat that I believe will be coming out to get the fuel tank floor panel off. Also if any one has done this how many feet of fuel hose is required, I'd like to have all material on hand before I start this project. I plan on running my fuel line from the tank fitting directly to my water sperator and eliminate the existing connection located on the starboard sump area floor panel Thanks Eagleman

Russ - How are things? You want to get in touch with JimH, as he just did this exact same thing on his boat. You won't have to remove the gas tank floor cover, as there is an access hatch to get to the tank fuel fittings. Some here think the check valve should be removed, but you can also screw in a new one very easily. Replacing the main fuel feed hose is a good idea.
