Makonut, thanks for the website, it's a great find! I never realized there is so much that can go wrong with fiberglass boats. A good read!

It really is a good resource. I think some of his ideas seem controversial, but also make sence when you actually consider them.

But I'm not sure I would fill up my foam core to dry it out. I thought about it several times this summer, but could never brink myself to do it.

Glad I could find something usefull for all of you. I learned a lot from his site. Mainly his troubleshooting and maintenance on diesel engines. When I read the fiberglass area..I thought of you folks. Glad I was able to reciprocate for all the "good" info and help you have given me.
