Does anyone know where I can find the navigation lights black covers. These are found on the starboard and port side bow. I tried some of the marine stores in Annapolis, MD today, but no luck.

Were the orginals AquaSignal surface mount?
If so they are not available -- the closest match is Perko lights in either black or white plastic and I think their number is A-16.

Perko lights, and West Marine carries them at least in the catalog. Perko #253PDP1, West #393670 about $35 for the pair.
Any Marine Shop can also order them since they are current Perko products in either Black or White.

The original equipment navigation lights on all of the Outrages, up though 1990, were by Wilcox-Crittenden, division of North & Judd.
As you might expect of the Whalers from those days, they were top of the line fittings. These Marinium lights are no longer manufactured, but it's possible some Dealership may still have a set sitting around. I bought a spare set two years ago, from a BW Dealership, and they were $150., no discount available!
The Perko units, mentioned above, are probably your best alternative, although a lot less quality. They started using these in 1991.

Larry, I believe when N&J was dissolved by W-C and they in turn reshuffled their entire operation Whaler went to using Aqua Signal European made plastic lights in '91. These Perkos are as close as you can get since Aqua Signal for some reason discontinued this model surface mount light! Then I guess Whaler may have started using Perko.
Crockers Marine NC explained the AS lights haven't been available since around '94 or'95. Chuckle until they found one which was the wrong one a port, needed to replace my starboard light -- Went a head and got the Perkos -- no one makes a decent surface mount in metal almost took my N&J lights off the 27 ccc for the 27 WA just couldn't do it though.
