I know the red Tempo tanks are suitable for above deck use only. My question is, can you use the tanks rated for below deck use above deck? Kelly

Kelly, I don't see why you can't. They are usually for permanent mount applications and some have filling necks. I don't now how good they would look and their portability. Regards, Jay

Below deck fuel tanks, if they are plasic, will rot from uv rays and other exposure to the elements.
