Wanted to get some suggestions on cleaners/waxes that would bring an oxidized bule interior back to life. Tanks

I use 3M super duty compound,it works great. And on the non skid mix the compound with a little play sand and apply with a soft scrub brush,I know it sounds harsh but it works.

Lots of earlier posts to search through on this subject with lots of good information and experiences. General rule of thumb is to start as un-agressively as possible, so no more gelcoat is rubbed away than necessary; i.e., start with color restorer (less agressive than rubbing compound ) and try it on the worst area of oxidation. If it works (remember you'll need to wax everything when you're finished rubbing), then you're home. If not, step up to the lightest grade of rubbing compound, etc.
