Greetings fellow whalers and whaleretts!
While inspecting the tank on my outrage 18', I noticed tiny areas where there was a white bubbly, "fizzing" substance seeping out of the top of the tank surface. I had the same thing happen on my aluminum boat. What causes this? This "thing" eventually ate holes in the hull and ruined a perfectly good boat (Gregor). I thought it was some chemical reaction, and the problem was with Gregor boats. I cant stop it and know it will eat through by 63 gal tank soon. Im thinking of NOT using aluminum next time. Any thoughts to the cause?
