I am restoring a 1967 13' SPORT and need gasket material for the ends of board for bow storage box cover. Original is rubber and fits into a groove/slit on each end of board. Need 20 inches.
Doe's anybody know a source?

I also have a 67 13 footer...I aggree with Bigshot...but I simply used about 1 inch of velcro on each side and it stays put in almost any harsh ride. I do know what you mean...the locker opening has almost a channel all Biggie said I would just forget about it though.

I'm re-finishing the wood in my '63 Whaler.
The gasket material you mentioned has deteriorated and is no longer available. I'm thinking a purchasing and gluing a piece of rubber tubing in the channel.Let me know if you have a better suggestion or solution.
