i have a 1984 outrage never painted, after inspecting the bottom i observed small blistering what can i do if anything.I planned on epoxy barrier coating boat in fall am i wasting my time ? what can i expect... thanks

West has a blister repair kit. I would say to use the kit, then apply an epoxy based barrier coat like the one from Interlux, and then a good bottom paint like CSC Micron or VC17.
