This weekend I'll be replacing the RPS seat cushion and installing bow cushions from Hall's Nautical Upholstery. I couldn't find an old thread on this.
Anyone have the installation primer handy?
Size screws for the snaps? Pitfalls?
Thanks in advance from sunny Florida...

The OEM RPS cushion has SS machine screws going through finish washers and the seat base into T nuts set in the plywood cushion bottom.

When I replaced mine, I got all set with stainless sheet metal screws to just grab the plywood, because I could not find the T nuts. Just before the install I finally took a good look at the bottom of my new WhalerTim seat and noticed that Tim had in fact done it right. There were little tiny cuts in the fabric on the bottom, and the T nuts where just where they were supposed to be. A very pleasant surprise. Everything lined up perfectly I even used the original machines screws, which I would guess at 5/16 x 24 x 2 1/2 or so.
