This has been recommended but I couldn't find it in the West Marine catalog or Boat US online. Where can I pick some up? Thanks, Joe

They have a web site. Cheaper from that site. Also Boat U.S. has it in Grand Rapids. I just used the Collinite hull cleaner and the 925 wax this weekend for the first time. It is awesome. The recommended hull cleaner alone makes the boat shine. Wax goes on and off very easily. The tedious/hard part is thoroughly cleaning the hull first. Lets see how the wax holds up.

I have found that Collonite's wax lasts a long time. I recently finally figured out the difference between the "Fleetwax" and the "Fiberglass Boat Wax". The Fleetwax has a built-in cleaner, and does not give as high a gloss, whereas the other is pure wax. I have found the Fiberglass Wax to be the better product, if the boat is first cleaned with the Meguiar's # 44 and 3M Finesse-it II.

As an alternative to Collonite's Fiberglass Boat Wax, BW recommends Mequiar's #26 Pure Yellow Wax. I have never been able to find this stuff in a boat store/catalog, but recently saw it at Pep Boys for $11. Have not yet tried it, and the Collonite's will be hard to beat.
