I have a pinhole leak in the original, in-hull, ~63 gal. aluminum belly tank. I need the correct dimensions to order a replacement. Also, has anyone replaced their aluminum in-hull with plastic?

If I were you, I would consider removing your existing tank and weld repair the leak. Have the weld repair done by a professional - someone who knows what he is doing. It will be a lot cheaper and you would not have to refit the foam and mount on the reinstallation. I would not consider a plastic tank as I believe that the plastic tanks are unbaffled and fuel 'sloshing' creates pretty high loads. The one thing I don't want on a boat is a fuel leak and gas fumes. ------- Jerry/Idaho
