The previous owner of my 1978 revenge-21 recently found the original rear seat (couch) in his old barn. It is in fairly good condition and will be servicable shortly. My question is, how is the seat supposed to mount to the boat. There are no brackets under the seat or on the deck of the boat. Thanks Don

bkaus, I have a 89 22' revenge, and the stern seat has 2 horseshoe shaped stainless steel legs that were secured to the floor with screws, and screwed up into the bottom of the seat, and a stainless steel pole going from port to starboard behind the seat attaching to the rear of the seat and secured to the gunnels. You should see screw holes on the floor of the boat and on the inside of your gunnels where the hardware use to mount.

the legs were made from stainless steel. they were in the shape of an upside down U.
