In my previous reply to you continuouswave.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/002530.html I told you how the computerized black boxes could heat up and cause something to not work properly. When my mechanic replaced some of these boxes he had me take the boat to a small lake and run it for several hours and try to make it act like it had before. If it quit after a time period, such as yours is doing, then I was to call him on my cell phone and he was going to bring his electronic testing instruments to this lake and test the motor before it had a chance to cool off. Fortunately, I didn't have any more problems and he didn't have to come to the lake.

I don't know if your service people could/would be so accomodating. It appears that something needs to be checked at the time that your engine acts up.
