Capt_Tidy	posted 08-12-2002 01:38 PM ET (US)         In many of the pictures of the 25'Outrage (mid 1980's)I notice an additional box that sits on top of standard console, raising the windshield about 10 inches. Typically this box is home to radios, fishfinders, etc... a great spot. I'm sure many of these are homemade... but did BW ever produce an optional electronics box? cheers Ian
Tom W Clark	posted 08-12-2002 01:47 PM ET (US)             Ian, Yes, both the 35" and 40" Super Consoles had the option of a Top Mounted Electronics Box. The standard (Montauk style) center console did not have this option. The Top Mounted Electronics Box did away with the glass windshield and grab rail on the Super Consoles and replaced it with a tinted plexiglass wind screen.
