I'm looking into replacing the teak doors on my 1985 ourage 18 with some plastic molded ones. The problem is I can't seem to find an aftermarket one that will fit the unusually wide 24" bottom door. I've looked through all the catalogs but none will fit (pompanette, bomar ect.). The side door is not a problem since there is enough room to resize the hole for a new door. My boat has the standard console. Did the last "Classic" Montauks use this console with molded doors??? Any sugestions??
thanks in advance

I don't think you will find what you're looking for on the after market. Starting in the mid 1990's Whaler offered the Montauk in a no-teak configuration. Later this was the only way you could get a Montauk. These boats had consoles with black Lexan doors and were made right up until earlier this year.
I think Whaler is going to be your source for these doors but that does not necessarily mean they will cover the cut-out of the doors you have now. The Lexan doors have big radiused corners. You should probably contact a dealer for sizing and ordering information.
