I have a 1983 OR 18 and have noticed on one side of the boat that the gelcoat seems to be developing 'wrinkles' in some areas. I can't tell what's causing it. I had some fiberglass work done in this area (a bit of delamination) and re gelcoated about 3 years ago. Bad gelcoat after all these years or what? Thanks for the feedback.
