newportwhaler	posted 08-26-2002 11:35 AM ET (US)         Does anyone know if tempo makes a lower profile gas cap for the 12 gallon tank that will fit under the seat of a newport. If tempo does not make one does anyone know of one that will work.
oysterman	posted 08-26-2002 05:30 PM ET (US)             Go to WalMart and pick up a lawn tracter gas cap. It fits Tempo and is a lower profile. I put two on my Tempo 13 gallon tanks. The cap even has a vent screw. Worked great.
