Ok so I cheked the forum and have called whaler dealers alike and tono avail they do not have a bow eye for a 1965 whaler. The one I am looking for is the one shaped like a D. The old one spins in place and is just worn out I cant get the lift ring off So I think I will be cutting the old eye off the boat. Does anyone know where you can get new eyes for these old gems.

I'm not sure what you mean by "just worn out" , do you mean the metal is worn through and thin, or you are worried that since it turns on itself it is insecure and liable to fail.
See the thread that was brought up to date from April regarding bow eyes:
I am quite sure that your D shaped ring will come off--actually the inside ring will unscrew--with a little care and persuasion. Then follow removal up with a couple of options to renew the hole area--I like the one I used with West System epoxy--, but DON'T cut it off. It is not rusted on, only tightly fastened. Don't do anything rash, especially since you don't think you can get another.
