I am about ready to redo the exterior of my 13'. I have to remove the old bottom paint and repair and smooth various small patches. Any suggestions on the type of finish everyone is using on their exteriors would be helpful

I'm getting ready to do the same thing. I'm going to sand off the bottom paint and re gel-coat the exterior. There is a post on "truck liner inside boat" or something like that. The post is mainly towards sanitred.

I'm thinking about applying sanitread to the interior as I'm not in this for a factory finish.

Good luck and send some pics. I would be interested. I'm starting mine in January

My 13' footer was re-gelcoated on interior and exterior. Non-skid was ground down since it could not be re-gelcoated. Mixed sand with gelcoat for super non-skid surface.
