What is the best way and best cleaner to use for the interior of a 1968 nausit? I want to bring back that great blue color?

smurray,

sorry for that slip. do a search on posts for the past two years. there is a lot of information on your question.

lhg... i believe has the definitive answer on detailing your whaler. chesapeake also has some goood insight on the faded blue interior of the older boats.

good luck. one thing i know if you follow these guys instructions, you'll be knocked out with the results.

Thank, Crosley. Doing the interior is the same as the exterior. If the blue interior is REALLY badly faded and chalked, preceeding the buffing work with light wet sanding, #2000 automotive grade, will speed the work up a little.

Incidentally, I cannot really take credit for the buffing procedures that have been described on ContWave. They are basically Boston Whaler's recommended method.
