Has anyone added a swim platform to a 15'er.
Due to space confinements with mutiple skis and wakeboards, carring a swim ladder is a royal pain, but not the pain that it is to crawl over the side with a full railing. Due to the low transom there is not much purchase to crawl over the engine,or much room for a platform. Any comments? Brands? Modifications? Thanks

I too carry more wakeboards/kneeboards/skis than imaginable. With this setup, the ladder always travels with the boat. You can get the ladder for around $55-60 from Item # 38-554-844-00 (2-step) or 38-554-847-00 (3-step). Not sure if the 3 step will work, but the 2-step works...

I just bought a great ladder for my Montauk. Got it at Boater's world. Made by wind?something and it collapses like an accordian so all the rungs are on top of each other. Small enough to fit in a console or cooler. Made of Stainless and has support stanchions that keep it away from the hull. The u-arms are also smaller so the ladder fits the gunwales better than those cheap Garelicks or whatever. Not cheap at $89 but I think the nicest alternative to something permanent.

Thanks where2 It helps to know some one else has approached the same situation and had suscess. The 15'er is gittin a little small maybe this will help tide us over for another year... hard to get rid of something you love.
Thanks Bigshot I just want to get away from hanging a ladder everytime.
