My trim relay stuck for a brief moment the other day and is now working fine but I want to replace it to be safe, however the local dealer quoted me $175 for the part (WOW).

That relay may be the same as one used on a cicic that you can get at Autozone for $49 but do not do it, one spark and you could be in for a surprise. I would do a search for Honda outboard parts and see what gives. You may want to try a Canadian dealer. If it is $175us might mean $120 canadian.
