I have a 15' Striper with the bow mounted trolling motor. Currently set up with one group 24 battery at stearn for starting and one group 27 mounted in front of console for trolling. My question is can I substitute and use a group 24 for trolling since it will be smaller and less weight or is this a bad idea because it may not last as long or have enough juice?
