Whatever happenned to the 12 gallon red fiberglass gas tanks that some people had under the thwart seats on 13's. They were mounted to the floor and somewhat see-through. They were around $100-$125 and would replace the portable 6 gallon tanks that were inevitably always sliding around. I've looked at the Todd, Tempo, etc. websites as well as all the marine parts houses I can think of with no luck. Does anyone have any information or perhaps have one they would care to sell?

They have them at-- Cabelias---Overtons----BassPro--- and-- Surplus Unlimited. I know they have them, I am considering buying one myself.

The fiberglass tanks were made by Pate, and are still available. Do a search under Pate and you'll find the details.
