What is the easiest ie: wipe on rub off, that will work on fiberglass aluminum and stainless? Is this asking too much?

The easiest method is to hire the teenager at the boat yard and have him follow the instrutions below. Or, do it yourself.

Assuming you have already washed the hull, removed all oxidation and minor imperfections in the gelcoat with a buffing compound like
Meguiar's 44 Color Restorer, buffed the whole surface to a beatiful gloss with 3M-FinesseIt-II finishing compound, then you are ready to apply Collinite Wax.
