Looking for a supplier of the flex trim I have seen used to trim out the gunnel storage openings on newports. I have measured the thickness the the fiberglass at 1/8" and the Taco vinyl flex trim available from boat us is 3/16" w x 9/16" h and is lined with aluminum clips. Any leads out there? thanks in advance

I bought some tan(they have white and black too) from a supplier and it looks like it should fit. Does the stuff from boat US not fit?

I havent tried the stuff from boat us yet. It runs $30 per 25 ft and I didnt want to drop $60 on it without consulting with the great minds on here first. My only concern is with the 3/16" width of the boat us stuff staying secure on 1/8" thick fiberglass. Bigshot, did your flex trim have an aluminum liner that made it grab the fiberglass?

I have not installed it yet, but I believe it does. Was like $.75/ft. I bought 8ft to do under my sprayshield but not sure I want to mess with it.

I bought the black trim before on my old 15' CC to go around the console door or lack of. The old tan was shot, worked like a charm.
