Sixer	posted 04-21-2003 08:25 PM ET (US)      I am refinishing the wood trim on my '88. The wood trim on the console has dowels holding the pieces together. The old dowels had to be drilled out. Should the dowels be glued to the trim or just dry fitted? Thanks for the help.
lhg	posted 04-21-2003 09:36 PM ET (US)          When I re-connected mine, I used polyurethane glue and grooved pre-cut dowel pins.
