You can try a commercial hull cleaner or go to the hardware store and buy oxalic acid. It generally comes in crystalline form.. Mix a little with talcum powder and water to make a poltice and apply to the rust stains. Magic!Your rust will be gone.

Try some "Sno-Bowl" toilet cleaner (HydroChloric Acid) ... be sure to flush completely with fresh water after use!

Some on the forum also recommend Barkeepers Friend (oxalyc acid). Works wonders. Also for organic stains mix Oxyclean along with your boat soap. Makes the deck sparkle and does wonders on dirty fenders.

Go to Wal-Mart, look around the silver cleaners and stuff, you will find rust stain remover.
