Would someone please show me good pictures of a now discontinued `17 Standard Interior with the 2 thwart seats and console? I would really appreciate it :) Thanks-Jack.

I forgot to add, I know they use to make a `17 GLS for a little while, anyone got pictures of that interior? Thanks-Jack.

I don't believe the Standard model was made in 1917.

(That is what the abbreviation '17 usually refers to.)

The 17' Standard interior is the same as the layout on the 17' Alert. One of my brothers has a 17' Alert. I'll try to dig up a few photos.

Dang Jim you really seem to pick on whalernut.

I think this is a 17 FOOT GLS,

17' standard and alert do not have a front twart I believe. The 2002 & 2003 alert has a rear twart, anchor locker, and console.

I have some digitals of the 99 Standard I sold last year, I'll try to find them on my computer and send them to you. On my boat, the Standard package was fore and aft thwarts and the side console.

My 1980 17 foot was built as a standard. I do not have the console portion, it was shot, but I have the side pieces and seat pieces. I wll trace them for you if you would like.

I just remembered the Front Thwart seat being an option on the Standard and Alert, the GLS on ebay is molded right into the whole seats-console unit it looks like? Thanks-Jack.

For those of you that have or have ridden on a 17` Standard and/or a 17` GLS, what do you think of the interior layout and quality. Also, which one do you recommend for sturdiness and stiffness, I am looking for some stiff and strong seats. By looking at various pictures, it looks as though the GLS has the cozier seating arangement and the console seams slightly larger for puting a Fish Finder on :) Any comments would be appreciated!! Thanks-Jack.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! That is cheap as..... Man, I wish I knew about that, it looks as though it is going to cost me about $1500 for a complete Standard Interior, but it will be in tan at least, I am trying to sell stuff now, but $360 plus Shipping would have beeen ideal, and I like the seats and console on the GLS better-Doh!~! Jack.

Damn Jack....You could of had my Montauk console and RPS for $1000.

I know Nick, but I hesitated and you sold the RPS before I decided to buy it, so I figured without it, I might as well pass on hte Console, and the Standard Interior will still keep her a Sport type model and no Varnishing-Whooeeeeeee!! Thanks-Jack.
