Abalonehunter	posted 07-09-2003 11:06 AM ET (US)         My brother recently aquired a 1978 Outrage with a 1986 150 Yamaha attached to a CMC lift. The motor seems too high to me and does cannot go any lower without removing the bracket. The previous owner used the boat in shallow water, the reason for the lift. I think we should remove it and get the motor down into the water a little more. Anybody see real problems with the height as is? His rpm's only get to around 5200 not sure what's up with that.
