I want to fill/repair holes on cavitation plate on my 90 HP Evinrude....The holes are from Trolling Plate/HydroFoil combo that didn't work...

What is best material to use? Any how to advise would be appreciated.

Go to the Continuous Wave table of contents and look under "maintenance logs", Jimh has a very handy story written about this exact repair. He's using epoxy.
Good luck.

I haven't read Jim's article, but grey Marine Tex epoxy, for metals, is an excellent material to use, and very easy to wrok with.
