I've noticed a few postings in the past looking for help trying to match up the non-skid areas on the floor. I was just looking through Spectrum Colors (Gelcoat Supplier)catalog and they have Gibco Flexmold Patterns. They list 2 patterns for the Boston Whaler. If this has been covered already, sorry. Just thought I'd pass it along.

This is copied from an old post that I found via a quick search.

Gibco Flex-Mold makes a flexible mold for repairing non-skid. They have Whaler patterns and will send you a sample kit so you can get an exact match. It comes in various sizes a 2'x4' piece will cost about $100 and a 3'x10' piece will cost $270. It works great after a little practice. Give them a call.

Give them a call and they will mail you sample kit for the bostona whaler that includes small (approx 2"x3") samples of the different patterns that whaler used.

If you decide you want to use the Gibco process, please zap me an e-mail. I have their complete kit, including their applicator tools, and I'd be delighted to give you a heck of a deal. (Gibco did not have the pattern to match the non-skid on my 1989 Outrage, so I ended up doing something different with my deck).
