Looking to build a small two person pilot house on my 22 gaurdian. Anyone with any info?

Are you trying to keep it in the family? If not, I'd check out Martime Skiff, they build their boats like Carolina Skiff. I know they have a pilot house but I'm not sure what kind of price you'd be looking at. You could try to look at their website for more details.

The william E Munson company makes a skiff called the Packman 23 that has a small pilothouse.
Workskiff INC also makes several pilothouse models that might help you to figure out some options.
Are any of the whaler drawings available on CAD?
It might be helpful to be able to pencil your own pilothouse designs on to an actual drawing of your boat hull
using your PC. I am a dinosaur, maybe someone with some computer skills could tell us how to do it.

I also have one more suggestion, if you do a search on boat kits and their suppliers, I know there's clarke (I think) and another maker who's name escapes me, but I'm sure they will have plans for a small pilot house. Might take a few minutes to locate their sites but it might be worth it...

mine is a retired harbor police boat bought at auction the worst one I have ever seen I brought it back to life so the name gaurdian 2 hope tha answers your ?
