I need to change the title on my boat and trailer, and was wondering what the typical weight of a 1967 17 foot Nauset would be. Also, how heavy is a typical trail for this size boat. It does not need to be exact, just somewhat close. I would weigh it, but I won't be near it until next spring.

Thank you in advance for your help.

The weight of the bare hull for a 1967 16'-7" hull was supposed to be 500 pounds. In Nauset trim I would expect it to weigh about 700 pounds plus whatever the motor, battery, fuel and gear weigh.

A trailer with a capacity of 1200 to 1600 pounds is recommended for this boat and such a modern trailer should weigh about 500 pounds.
