I got a new rub rail from a BW dealer here on the St. Lawrence river in upstate NY for my Frontier 25. I have dealt with them many times and I can get you one or you can call them direct, let me know if I can help you since I drive by there once or twice a week, Martin

If you are looking for information about the vendors that supply parts to Boston Whaler, you can find this type of information in the forum whose name is OEM SOURCES.
If you just want to buy any old bow light or rub rail, the WEST MARINE catalogue is a good place to start.

BW--You can order the commercial rub rail directly from Barbour Plastics(508-583-8200) I purchased a rub rail for my Outrage 25 and my total cost including shipping was about $350. The three part #s that you need are 00725, 02201 and 00807. If they want you to be more specific, you can refer to the invoice # of my order(155242)

It was reported in another thread that the commercial duty rub rail can be bought from Hamilton Marine: http://hamiltonmarine.com/
I have one of their catalogs and it even looks like they sell the Barbour Plastics rub rail as found on Classic Whalers. They do not mention the manufacturers name so I cannot confirm this, but it sure looks right.
