Author	Topic:   Installing a Bow rail on a 1967 13 Sport
Mel	posted 11-14-2003 01:44 PM ET (US)         Hi, I have a 1967 13 Sport. I want to put a bow rail on the front. I have looked at the wood diagrams that are provided on CW but they don’t seem to show any wood up in the bow area except for a 2-inch by 2inch piece that the bow light is mounted on. I have seen older 13’s with bow rails. Does anybody know how they did it and if the rail is secure? Thanks Mel
Bigshot	posted 11-14-2003 02:20 PM ET (US)             You should be able to see on the boat where it is through the gelcoat. If you put the rail on the bow where it belongs, it should line up with the rest of the wood.
