Does anyone know how bend a bow rail?

Running into a piling in the dark will do it - as one of our members will testify..
Seriously, a metal fabrication shop can do the work. If you choose to do it yourself, I believe a "Gardner Bender" will work, but it's recommended you fill the rail to be bent with sand to prevent kinking....
