I wanted to thank Tow W. Clark, OutrageMan and JFM for recommending Fein Sanders. (if I missed anyone no slight intended)
I am finally getting to do some work on the boat and am refinishing the teak, checked the search engine and found several recommendations for the Fein Sander. I bought the Multi-Tool Kit ($200), great sander and will flush cut wood, ceramic grout, even remove caulk from a seam. I like that I can control the tool, it doesn’t put dust into the air, will sand right up to a perpendicular and in tight places (louvered doors).
Thanks for recommending this high quality tool. The company’s site has some video if anyone is interested.

BTW I am using Oil, just like the look of it. :-)

They sure do make fein products don't they? :)

Seriously, if you like the detail sander, wait until you try the 6" ROS and their Turbo II shop vac. That combination really sucks.
